Philip Domenico, LEED AP

As one of the founders of Synergy Construction Group, Phil is responsible for directing preconstruction and design development activities including project financing, feasibility analysis, estimating, budgeting and project management. He works consistently to deliver SCG’s principals of exceptional design, quality, and customer service.

Phil has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. He managed development and construction of over 150 cell sites for U.S. Cellular throughout the Midwest. He has completed over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space in the Chicagoland area and directed pre-construction activities for several successful residential condominium projects. Phil has expertise with the design-build process, value-engineering, LEED Certification, 1031 Exchanges and Tax Increment Financing.
