Jon Ruzich

Jon Ruzich is a Superintendent with Synergy Construction Group and brings over 20 years of construction experience to the firm. His responsibilities include the daily coordination of all self performed and subcontractor field activities. Jon is the lead site contact and monitors day to day job activities including inspections, preparation of daily logs, timesheets and field reporting on the job from punch list through to final inspections. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s training, safety and quality assurance programs as well as safety and quality assurance on site.

With an emphasis on residential construction, Jon’s career includes a wide range of projects ranging from multi story additions and renovations to multi million dollar single family homes and multi-unit dwellings throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
