Jeffrey Metz

Jeff brings over 20 years of construction experience to Synergy Construction Group. His responsibilities include leading design coordination, the permitting process, determining project scope, detailed budgeting, detailed master construction scheduling and developing subcontractor bid strategies, bid negotiation and contract administration.

Jeff has completed over $76 MM in construction projects for clients like Chicago Public Schools, Advocate Healthcare, St Bernard Hospital, City of Plainfield and Bank of Tokyo.

Prior to joining the team in co-founding Synergy Construction Group, Jeff owned and managed a successful commercial and residential development company in Chicago.
