Jeffrey Metz

Project Executive

As one of the founders of Synergy Construction Group, Jeff brings almost 20 years of construction experience to the firm. His responsibilities include leading design coordination, permitting, determining project scope, budgeting, construction scheduling as well as subcontractor bidding, negotiation and administration. In addition, Jeff also focuses on new business development.

Jeff has personally completed over $50MM in construction projects for clients like Chicago Public Schools, Advocate Healthcare, St Bernard Hospital, City of Plainfield and Bank of Tokyo.

Prior to starting Synergy Construction Group, Jeff founded and managed a successful commercial and residential development company.

Jeff attended the University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering along with a minor in construction management. Jeff, his wife and 3 kids reside in LaGrange.
