Carrie Young

Project Engineer

As project engineer of Synergy Construction Group, Carrie is responsible for assisting in all facets of the construction process primarily acting as liaison to subcontractors and superintendents to ensure that each project gets completed on time and within budget. Carrie’s responsibilities also include coordinating and troubleshooting activities in the office and out in the field; preparing bid packages, analyzing subcontractor bids, leading job meetings, writing contracts, and interfacing with municipal and regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining Synergy Construction Group, Carrie worked as a project management assistant and then as a project engineer/estimator for Michuda Construction. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in construction management and lives in Mokena, IL.
