Chicago, IL – 2000 Sq. Ft. Retail Tenant Buildout
Continuing the relationship with Unlimited Tan, this project was our second successful interior build out. This facility is located in the south loop of Chicago and completed from raw space. This project is part of the mixed use development located at 1101 South Canal.
Scope of work was full installation of all MEP/FP systems, interior construction and interior finishes including casework installation.
