Along the premier access street for the Western Suburban corridor, Butterfield Road will host a newly renovated restaurant in the spring of 2012. Under Construction now, Synergy Construction Group, Darwin Realty and Ridgeland Associates will transform an existing dated restaurant on this site into an updated and dynamic venue. Vacant for well over a year, our scope includes much needed facelift throughout while adhering to a strict budget. An overhaul of the exterior façade is planned which will include new revolving doors and exterior siding as well as replacing exterior masonry. Interior modifications call for new finishes throughout and reconfiguration of entry and bar modifications to improve not only the look of the space, but improve staff productivity. Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems will have new temperature control systems will improve efficiency the systems efficiency and reduce overall operating costs for years to come.
