Along the premier access street for the Western Suburban corridor, Butterfield Road hosts a newly renovated restaurant that opened in Summer 2012. With construction completed, Synergy Construction Group, Darwin Realty and Ridgeland Associates transformed an existing dated restaurant on this site into an updated and dynamic venue. Our scope included much needed facelift throughout while adhering to a strict budget. An overhaul of the exterior façade has new revolving doors and exterior siding as well as replacing exterior masonry.

- Interior modifications called for new finishes throughout
- Reconfiguration of the entry and bar to improve not only the look of the space, but to improve staff productivity
- Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems to improve efficiency and reduce overall operating costs
