Derby Plaza Mixed Use

Synergy Construction Group was part of the project team from property purchase through design development and construction completion. The project presented many challenges including complicated site logistics coordinating multiple building layouts in varying stages of completion. This entailed coordinating the infrastructure including a wet detention system and bringing gas, electric and cable utilities to the site. Synergy Construction also coordinated the complex Illinois Department of Transportation and other permit processes required for the completion of this project.

Development of a mixed use commercial project including four professional office buildings and a 15,000 SF retail center.
