20153 Oakwood Drive

This design intent was to take the outside surroundings and bring them into the home. A full 2 story window elevation opens up into a fishing pond as the rear deck opens up to over 200 acres of forest preserve. This all brick and stone home has a full 9’ lookout basement, custom cherry cabinetry, granite tops and hardwood floors throughout. The two-story grand stair package was very unique as it incorporated key structural components necessary to compliment this grand foyer. With large, spacious glass, the transom door was a stunning element, taking full advantage of any burst of sunlight.

Even more spectacular was special attention to detail for the interior finishes that included a 9-piece coffered ceiling in the family room and circular recess ceiling in the formal dining room. Custom millwork details were an added touch to not only closet systems, but multiple bookcases and special detailed exterior cedar deck. Stone fireplace and custom a/v system were included in the lower level den.
