Brighton Development offers a high quality cutting edge product, occasionally coupled with difficult site constraints. When Brighton set out to find a partner, our team was a perfect fit with the ability to handle everything from zoning and permit to construction and closeout.

Originally the site of a gas station, the location posed many challenges prior to “shovel in the ground” construction. Remediation was required due to an underground storage tank and Synergy worked with the EPA to stabilize the site and construct this 5-unit condo.

This project was a success for Brighton development in 2007 and they proceeded to partner with Synergy Construction for two additional projects.
