This Lia Sophia facility located in Addison was a fast track manufacturing and office facility for the famous home show jewelry firm.
SCG performed work to add an additional 50,000 SF to this existing 4 year old manufacturing facility. This fast track job was completed in 3 months. A second floor mezzanine was added. Scope of work was all drywall and modifications to accommodate the a 2nd floor mezzanine including the addition of a conveyor system.
