Aunt Martha’s Youth Service Center is an organization offering a variety of programs and services designed to provide care for children, teens and families in Illinois. These resources form a full spectrum of care that includes child welfare, community based healthcare, juvenile justice and prevention services.

This 6,750 SF renovation of existing space improved their ability to provide dental and behavior health services at this East Side of Chicago facility. A spacious waiting room provides a welcoming entrance for patients/guests and the renovated facility features (7) dental rooms, a medical lab, (7) exam rooms and a behavior health area. Synergy Construction Group worked with the design team to expedite the permit schedule and provided a value engineered design without sacrificing the integrity and sustainability of final interior finishes.
