This project is full process 203k construction located on Chicago’s southwest side. Exterior improvements included installation of all new vinyl windows throughout, balcony rails removed and replaced with code compliant height railings and the entire exterior building was scraped, primed and re-painted. The garage roof was repaired and entire garage re-wired to 200 amps and exterior garage building scraped and re-painted.

Interior work reflected improvements to the kitchen and 2 baths which included all new fixtures, lavatories, cabinetry, countertops and appliances. All existing carpet and vinyl tiles were removed and interior wood floors repaired, sanded and re-finished. A new solid oak floor was installed at the kitchen and dining area. The new bathroom finishes included ceramic at tub surrounds and floor. Interior internal stair spindles/rails were removed and raised or replaced in accordance with required code and house was upgraded and rewired for 200 amp service.
