The exterior scope was comprised of extensive concrete work to stairs, service walks and driveway including tuckpoint all mortar joints and rebuilding parapet walls. Exterior porch received a new landing, stairs and upgrades required to convert this into a three season room. Exterior was completely re-painted with all windows scraped, primed and reglaze. New backfill and drainage at the backyard was required to facilitate storm water management which also required removing two 80’ trees. The interior redesign of the home now boasts a functional kitchen with granite countertops, appliances and hardwood floors. Old carpet removal made way for existing hardwood floors to be refinished. Powder room received a facelift with upgrades and two full baths renovated to include new energy flow toilets, sinks and tub re-glaze and ceramic surround. New copper replaced galvanized piping and electrical outlets all updated. There is a new furnace, A-coil and AC condenser unit and the basement required mold remediation with a new family room created by removing outdated pine paneling and replaced with new drywall and carpeting.
