203k Case Study – Peck Avenue

This LaGrange renovation added a new second and third story and includes a new screened porch and a complete reconfiguration of the existing garage providing access directly into the home through a slate tile floor mud room. This extensive renovation started with demolition of the existing structure with existing foundation remaining. SCG self performed all drywall work and hardwood floors were installed throughout both levels. Interiors include all new windows with frames and trim, 6-panel interior doors, 4 full bathrooms complete with ceramic surrounds, floors, sinks, tubs, toilets and vanities. State of the art gourmet kitchen is complete with semi custom cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite countertops. A dramatic oak interior staircase provides access to the second level complimented off the foyer by an office/den with a dramatic entrance thru glass French doors. All new plumbing, copper piping, sump pump, hot water heater and furnace and wired for 200 amp service. By strategic planning with our SCG staff the bonus third floor was also added for future use as a 4th bedroom and study area.
