203k Case Study – N Superior

This 203k renovation consisted primarily of repairs from extensive vandalism and theft where full interiors replacement was required. Scope of work included new cabinet doors for existing kitchen cabinetry, repairs to existing granite countertops and all new stainless appliances installed. Synergy provided new top rails and spindles at stair and balcony areas and bathrooms were redesigned to accommodate new bowls, fixtures and shower doors, lavatories and new spa tub to replace what was removed.

All interior doors were provided with new nickel hardware, damaged drywall removed and replaced, interior and exterior walls all primed and painted and graffiti removed at glass block windows. New light fixtures were installed in addition to new duplex outlets and switches as needed. All closets required new doors, rods and shelving and a new furnace and A/C condenser unit were also purchased and re-installed.
