Unlike a full 203k renovation, SCG provided very specific tasks in order to complete the project. SCG scope included selective demolition with subsequent repair and replacement which included wood floors, windows and exterior doors. Improvements also included carpet installation, painting throughout, framing and drywall of the basement, miscellaneous electrical code upgrades, plumbing upgrades and installation of bi-fold doors.
