This project was a complete interior renovation featuring several LEED components including high efficiency insulation, low-E windows, qualifying blower door test and roughed-in for future solar panels utilizing several existing finish components.
SCG stepped in and took over after the consultant and original contractor were removed. SCG was responsible for evaluating actual cost to complete compared to dollars previously released by the consultant for work in place. In working with the client, SCG was able to modify scope and alter product selection to ensure the project stayed within budget.
